Our spine is our central support structure. It keeps us upright. It connects our head, chest, pelvis, shoulders, arms, and legs through an interconnected complex of bones, nerves, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This complexity means that healthy movements of the spine are essential for every movement we make, as well as our posture and organization.
For the past three years, David Zemach-Bersin has been working on a series of powerful Feldenkrais lessons that focus on highly differentiated movements of the spine to evoke the evolutionary patterns that underlie the development of human movement. Now, for the first time, he's offering this series of innovative Awareness Through Movement lessons.
In this eight-week series, you will experience the essential lessons in this 'Spine Series.' These lessons are accessible to everyone, including those with limited movement and pain.
Registration Includes:
  • Unlimited access to the recordings of each class.
  • The opportunity to submit questions to David.
  • 20% off any full-priced Feldenkrais Access online program through August 14, 2020.
  • Bonus Program! 'Rocking & Rolling,' a series of twelve potent, developmentally oriented lessons designed to restore your nervous system through rocking, rolling, and oscillating movements.
