Presented by Feldenkrais® Trainers, Carol Kress and David Zemach-Bersin during a three-day public workshop in New York City in 2018, this set will take you through a series of masterfully curated lessons. About David

David Zemach-Bersin, GCFP, is a Feldenkrais® Practitioner and Trainer. He met Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in 1973 and studied with him in the U.S., Europe, and Israel. David has maintained a private Functional Integration practice since 1977. He is recognized for his skill as a teacher, and his contribution to the preservation of Dr. Feldenkrais’ legacy, and the development of the Feldenkrais professional community.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, David directs professional training programs in New York City and teaches advanced training programs worldwide. He has created Feldenkrais audio and video programs for practitioners and the public and is the co-author of Relaxercise (HarperCollins). David is a co-founder of Feldenkrais Resources, the Feldenkrais Institute of New York, the Feldenkrais Foundation, and founder of Feldenkrais Access.

About Carol

Carol Kress is a dedicated Feldenkrais Practitioner and Trainer who brings a desire for excellence and a wish to communicate the essence of the Feldenkrais Method to her teaching. In her private Functional Integration practice, she works with both adults and children with a variety of difficulties, including chronic pain and neurological problems. She also works with athletes and performing artists. Her work is informed by her extensive involvement in equestrian arts, yoga, Argentine Tango, and her practice of the martial art of Aikido, for which she holds a 4th-degree black belt.

Carol began to study the Feldenkrais Method in 1985 and completed her Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in 1993. She teaches in Feldenkrais training programs throughout the United States and Europe and is celebrated for her role in bringing Moshe Feldenkrais: A Life in Movement, Volume One, written by her late husband, Mark Reese, to publication. Carol lives in Marin County, California.
