In support of the people of Ukraine, Feldenkrais Access held an all-day online Feldenkrais Marathon to benefit the International Rescue Committee (IRC) on Saturday, June 18. The IRC is a non-profit global humanitarian organization founded in 1933 by Albert Einstein and is involved in the housing, feeding, and care of millions of Ukrainian refugees.

Five outstanding Feldenkrais Teachers shared special Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons to help you restore and heal. ALL proceeds and donations went directly to the IRC. The entire day was recorded and is available to you for unlimited streaming.

Program includes:
  • Five Awareness Through Movement® lessons (45 min)
  • Lifetime access to recordings and option to download
  • When possible, both live classes and recordings show alternative positions for lessons
