Breathing is our first and most important action; it makes all our other actions possible and is closely linked to our nervous system.

However, muscular tension can diminish the quality of our breathing and make it shallow and restricted. This creates anxiety and is detrimental to our respiratory health and posture.

In this three-hour workshop with David Zemach-Bersin, you will learn two powerful Feldenkrais lessons to help you improve the essential action of breathing. Healthy breathing supports comfortable movement, better posture, better circulation, and a more relaxed sense of well-being. When you improve the way you breathe, you improve everything!

David brings over forty years of clinical experience to his online approach. His lessons are highly accessible, effective, and remarkably suited to home use. David believes that every person’s nervous system is available for learning and improvement. And he is confident that the Feldenkrais Method can help!

"This program has really worked for me. My breathing expands more easily and my mind is clearer."
