Make your habitual patterns more amenable to change!

We all develop habits; habitual patterns that effect our posture, the way we move, and the way we feel. Many of these habits are asymmetrical in some way: perhaps we stand habitually on one leg instead of the other, or maybe we unconsciously lean towards one side, more than the other. Asymmetrical habits tend to cause asymmetrical wear and tear, and in time, can become self-limiting, restrictive, and physically painful.

In this 3-hour workshop, Feldenkrais Teacher, David Zemach-Bersin, will present three Feldenkrais lessons designed to bring flexibility to some of the common habits which hold so many of us back. Regardless of your specific goals and challenges, these gentle sensory-motor exercises may come in handy. They will support your overall improvement, improve your musculoskeletal organization, and put you on a path of developing freedom from habitual patterns.

Bring flexibility to your habits, and bring yourself up to date! Whether you are interested in changing physical or emotional habits, this workshop will be helpful and give you some effective new tools.

"Subtle and soothing to my nervous system, David Zemach Bersin's online classes have increased my awareness of my body's movements and healing requirements. My healing has improved drastically after only a few lessons.”
