Opening Your Joints for Comfort & Mobility
The health of our joints is very important. Located in 350 different places, our joints are the flexible connections between our bones that enable us to move. They are designed to give us support and flexibility and are key to our overall comfort and mobility. However, many people experience joint injuries and chronic inflammatory conditions or develop asymmetrical postural habits that can cause or contribute to joint damage. Both the overuse and the underuse of your joints can result in joint pain. This is a paradox. Our joints are lubricated and maintain their health through movement. But when our joints are painful, we feel like moving less! So, how can we improve our joint health safely?
This on-demand program answers this question. David's gentle lessons were created for those who want to improve their joint health in a safe, non-strenuous, and non-inflammatory way. These lessons will help you improve circulation in the tissues of your joints without the use of muscular effort, and improve your body’s underlying organization so your joints are less stressed and less vulnerable to strain when you move.
