If you are looking for a program that offers tools to help you break free from old, limiting patterns, we highly recommend "Living the Embodied Life."
What makes Living the Embodied Life so potent is that it harnesses the power of the Feldenkrais Method, meditation, and guided inquiry in such a way as to exponentially increase the effectiveness of each of the practices alone. Russell’s teachings—developed over 45 years of practice—provide a road map to help you access more of your potential, and feel more at peace with yourself.
You'll get over twelve hours of discussion and lessons, including:
- Seven unique Awareness Through Movement Lessons®
- Eight Embodied Meditation Practices
- A series of powerful Standing Gestures
