You don't have to accept back pain, and ignoring it often makes it worse. Caused by compression, inflammation, postural habits, injuries, and poor musculoskeletal organization, back problems can become more severe and involve referred nerve pain, numbness, or tingling in our arms or legs. Fortunately, it’s never too late to improve the health of your back.
This program can help you with:
• Acute and chronic back pain
• Postural Challenges
• Herniated disc problems
• Scoliosis and kyphosis
• Spinal arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
Feldenkrais lessons are different! They combine a sequence of gentle movements with your attention in a way that interacts with your brain's capacity to learn and heal. Called ‘lessons’ (instead of exercises), they are pleasant and stress-reducing. You may experience immediate and significant improvements in your posture and freedom of movement.
"Since my son was born, I've felt back pain almost every day. Your Pain-Free Back has been a revolution in my brain and my spine."
-Ale T.
