"Awareness Through Movement lessons are designed to improve ability, that is, to expand the boundaries of the possible, to turn the impossible into the possible, the difficult into the easy and the easy into the pleasant."
-Moshe Feldenkrais

Up for an ATM adventure? You are invited to join David Zemach-Bersin online or via recording for an unusual three-day Feldenkrais workshop.

While most of the lessons created by Moshe Feldenkrais are easily accessible, some of them are more complex, dynamic, and challenging. As a result, they are rarely taught and we are less familiar with them. David has explored these unusual, 'advanced level' lessons in detail, and believes they offer Feldenkrais Practitioners some important insights about function, movement, and the process of learning.

"I studied with Dr. Feldenkrais from 1973-1984, and attended as many of his public classes at Alexander Yani, in Tel Aviv, as I could. Many of the lessons in this workshop, will be ones that I encountered during those classes. Some, appear to not be included in the Alexander Yani transcripts. We will also do some lessons that Dr. Feldenkrais taught in his weekly class for ATM teachers, and I believe that some of these lessons were neither recorded, nor translated." ~ DZB

The Awareness Through Movement lessons in this workshop will build -and interact- in an organic and neurologically relevant way. Over the course of three days, you will experience your learning potential in all its glory as we make the impossible, possible!

Please join us to make the impossible, possible! Attend online for the live workshop, or stream it later at your convenience.

Please Note: Some of the lessons in this workshop may not be suitable if you are experiencing acute discomfort or recovering from a recent injury. In addition, some of the lessons will not be adaptable to sitting.

"The Feldenkrais Method has totally changed the way I see myself and how I relate to the world. The freedom I have found is extraordinary. Each day I find another thing I can do. Thank you very much David for all you have done to make this possible."

-Margaret Fletcher, M.D., Maryland
