Lesson Library

Choose from an expanding library of free Awareness Through Movement® lessons, taught by David Zemach-Bersin during workshops and training programs.

Most lessons audio only.

ATM lessons offer effective neuromuscular 'exercise' that improves the body's neuromuscular organization by stimulating the brain's plasticity, and guiding it's learning process. Neurologically sophisticated, lessons involve gentle, movement sequences combined with relaxed attention.
