Our life is fundamentally rhythmic. We are organized by external rhythms including day and night, the tides, the changing of seasons, and by internal rhythms such as our heartbeat, breathing, circulation, and movement patterns.

"I've been interested in the value of rhythmic movements for a long time, and I was pleased to learn that research confirms the fact that rhythmic movements can be used therapeutically to help people soothe themselves, reduce pain, and improve their ability to move." -David Zemach-Bersin

"I found this course to be different from all other Feldenkrais courses I've taken. I have never experienced the flow of energy in my body so vividly. It is a new and very lively experience. I liked this course enormously."

-Luba
