Easy Breathing
As we get older, or after we have experienced an illness or accident, our range of movement can diminish and our balance can become compromised. Fortunately, Feldenkrais lessons can help us to improve our balance, and restore our sense of physical safety and confidence.
Use this self-care program to:
Improve balance
Recover balance lost to illness or injury
Learn how breath and eyes affect balance
Reduce risk of falling
Restore confidence
Our ability to balance while upright is key to almost all our movements and activities. It is an important learned skill, which is organized by our brain and nervous system, moment to moment. Balance is a neurologically sophisticated activity involving our whole self, coordinated in action.
All are welcome. No previous experience with the Feldenkrais Method necessary! Purchase now!
