Our hands and wrists can become sore, tense, and stiff as the result of overuse and poor postural organization. And, muscular tension in our hands can easily become an unconscious habitual pattern. This program is for those who work with their hands, text or type, play music, or have experienced repetitive strain injuries, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or neurological impairments. It features gentle Feldenkrias lessons to help you protect and restore the comfort of your hands and wrists.

"I'm amazed at the profound result of doing the lessons with my non-dominant hand; it seems it needed to be way more liberated than my dominant hand. This program and the whole Feldenkrais Access website are genius."

-B. Roger (London, UK)

Connected to our involuntary nervous system, our hands also reflect our emotional state. Many people find that as they change their habits of muscular tension in their hands and wrists, they also gain new ways to soothe and calm their nervous system, and improve their emotional state.

All are welcome. No previous experience with the Feldenkrais Method necessary. Purchase now!
