Hip, hip, hooray! This recorded program, taught by Feldenkrais Trainer Raz Ori, will guide you in developing healthy organization, resilience, and flexibility in your hip joints.
The unique structure of our hip joints allows us to have both stability and mobility--at once--and this is precisely what we need to stand, walk, and do what we want. Our hip joints are designed to deliver! They form a synergistic relationship that enables ease and agility in walking, as the efficient and smooth use of one hip joint is dependent on the other.
However, our largely sedentary lifestyle compromises the health of our hip joints, contributing to pain and discomfort, limited mobility, instability in walking, and balance problems later in life. Feldenkrais lessons provide a safe and effective way to revive the dynamic, healthy use of our hip joints.
The lessons in this program will benefit the circulation of the tissues around your hip joints and improve your comfort, range of movement, and sense of stability and balance.
