The way we breathe affects our cell health, cognition, blood pressure, posture, and movement. It also reflects the state of our nervous system, activity, and emotions. Therefore, one of the best things we can do for ourselves is to develop better breathing.
"In this program, we will use breathing to improve movement, and movement to improve breathing!" -David Zemach-Bersin
Enjoy this opportunity to activate your powerful breath-brain connection, experience different ways of breathing, debunk a few myths, and learn easy ways to use your breathing to promote better health throughout your whole self, and bring yourself into a neurologically soothing, healing state.
"David has given me the gift of learning how to breathe easier when the body is broken. This may not sound like a big deal, but I recently lost 30% of my breathing capacity due to scarring & inflammation of the lungs."
-Dave Strassburg, Feldenkrais Practitioner
Rather than imposing rules about ‘correct’ breathing, this program with David Zemach-Bersin will gently remind your brain that some ways of breathing are more efficient and comfortable than others.
