Liberate Your Mood

Activate your brain-body connection to bring about significant changes and improvements in your mood with this series of six Feldenkrais lessons, presented by Feldenkrais Teacher and Trainer, David Zemach-Bersin.
  Use this self-care program to:
• Elevate your mood
•Reduce stress & anxiety
• Return to a parasympathetic state
•Reduce inflammation
• Recover from panic attacks more quickly

Our mind and body are fundamentally and profoundly interconnected. The Feldenkrais lessons in this program take advantage of this simple fact, and work by engaging our brain's neuroplastic, flexible capacity to reduce stress throughout our whole body, and to change the habits of muscular tension which both create -and cause- anxiety.
"David's teachings have changed my life. I now have a knowledge and understanding that I didn’t have before. His lessons have helped me deal with stress in a way I could not have done previously."
-Carolla Dost
"Almost all of us experience anxiety to one degree or another. Anxiety involves primitive habits of muscular tension, constricted breathing, and physiological stress. Feldenkrais lessons free us from these patterns and help our nervous system to return to a healthy, naturally relaxed, 'parasympathetic' state. This is what we all want, and deserve."Â -David Zemach-Bersin.
