Help for improving your mood
Six Feldenkrais lessons to help you activate your brain-body connection to bring about significant changes and improvements in your mood, presented by Feldenkrais Teacher and Trainer David Zemach-Bersin.

The Feldenkrais lessons in this program take advantage of this simple fact, and work by engaging our brain's neuroplastic, flexible capacity to reduce stress throughout our whole body, and to change the habits of muscular tension which both create -and cause- anxiety.
