This will enable you to experience better movement and posture, and to improve the functioning of your organs. With regular practice, you will begin to experience better internal and external self-integration. This first lesson is designed to introduce these themes so you can connect to your center through your ring muscles, your spine, and your functional "midline"āyour true "core."

Our ring muscle systems are constantly engaged in managing every aspect of our daily existence. We begin this course with a lesson exploring the fundamentals of our breathing to open our airways and deepen the expansion of our torso, in order to breathe more fully and more freely, and to enable us to breathe through the nose more spontaneously in a way that is truly beneficial for our respiratory health.Ā
