Our shoulders are uniquely vulnerable to strain, overuse, and injury. They are also among the most emotionally reactive parts of our body, and reflect our moods and feelings. Our shoulders rise, round, and become tense in response to anxiety, self-protection, and anger. They also become tense as we work on our computers, text, and do household chores. When shoulder tension is habitual and chronic, it can contribute to problems in other parts of the body.
"Thank you for creating this program. My shoulders are moving in ways they haven’t been able to do since I was a teenager. I didn't know that was still possible!"
