Curious? Try this short exercise:
A healthy, happy ribcage can promote comfort and ease of movement throughout your whole body. When your ribs are able to move comfortably and freely, your arms can be free, your head and neck can be free, your breathing and posture can be better, and you are likely to feel less anxious. Use these lessons to improve your posture, improve the comfort of your neck and shoulders, improve your breathing, heal better after illness or injury, and preserve healthy movement throughout your body.
"Afterward, I felt so much taller, shoulders and chest wider, walking easier. There's a clear sense of improvement. What is most amazing is that I'm becoming aware of a body I've always taken for granted. Thank you so much for facilitating a new direction in awareness."
