Easy Breathing
Healthy breathing supports comfortable movement, better posture, better circulation, and a more relaxed sense of well-being. In this on-demand program with Feldenkrais Trainer David Zemach-Bersin, you will learn two powerful Feldenkrais lessons to help you improve the essential action of breathing.
Use this self-care program to:
Improve breathing habits
Improved cell & immune-system health
Learn new tools to help you maintain a calm, restorative state
Lower blood pressure
Improve digestion
When you improve the way you breathe, you improve everything! Breathing is our first and most important action; it makes all our other actions possible and is closely linked to our nervous system.Â
However, muscular tension can diminish the quality of our breathing and make it shallow and restricted. This creates anxiety and is detrimental to our respiratory health and posture. You can use these Feldenkrais lessons to remind your body of how to breath more fully and completely, with ease!Â
"Wonderfully fresh insights and practices of breathing. After searching for the “right” way to breathe, it’s liberating to learn that breathing adapts to whatever we’re doing as well as our mental state."
