Start Your Walking Lessons TodayWhen you improve the way you walk, you improve everything
Did you know that there are 26 bones and many joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles in each of your feet? Our feet are designed to be responsive and adaptive to our movements in space and to the changing angles of the ground beneath us. They are constructed to give us remarkable versatility, support, and mobility.
Yet, in modern life, our feet are often neglected. We enclose them in footwear that reduces movement and sensory stimulation, and we become accustomed to using them in an increasingly limited way. This affects our posture, balance, mobility, and vitality. As our feet become less agile, our posture, our balance, and our ability to move freely and comfortably suffers.
In Intelligent Feet, Raz Ori invites us to explore our upright organization and improve the way we walk. The lessons will help you to revive the dynamic use of your feet and restore their mobility.
Use this program to:
• Easier standing and walking
• Less foot pain
• Reduced inflammation
• Better balance
• Reduced plantar fasciitis & tendonitis symptoms
• Improved circulation
What People are Saying
"This program is wonderful. I was diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip four years ago. Your wonderful way of describing in detail how the whole musculoskeletal system is integrated gives me a more acute understanding of how human anatomy works. Not only does my hip feel better, but my lower back feels better, my spine is more flexible, and my whole being feels freer. Thank you!"
-Ed B
"Simplicity at its finest! The genius here is palpable. The body is so incredible and complex, and I love that each lesson provides a different key to unlocking more freedom in the hips. Thank you again for creating these brilliant and intelligent lessons for us."
~Pinny Schachter
"I did all four of the short lessons before I went walking this morning. I felt an immediate reduction in tension in my left hip and knee. There was an also an increased sense of relaxation in my gait. Additionally, I noticed a sense of flowing movement as I walked, kind of like "walking on air." So happy to have these wonderful tools to assist with this!"

Who are Feldenkrais lessons for?
They are for everyone. No previous experience is required. Feldenkrais lessons are gentle, flexible, and used by people of all ages and abilities, for a variety of reasons. If you would like to improve your physical comfort and abilities, this approach is for you.
Why are they called lessons?
They're called ‘lessons’ instead of ‘exercises’ because your brain engages in a process of sensory-motor learning when you do them. With easy movements and relaxed attention, new options for your physical comfort, posture, and movement will emerge.
Why does this approach work?
Feldenkrais lessons teach you how to reduce pain, restore function, and increase flexibility by directing your attention and guiding you through a series of gentle movements to activate your brain's neuroplasticity and bring about immediate improvements.
