Easy Turning
The ability to turn freely is important to our overall comfort and mobility. Here are two powerful Feldenkrais lessons with Feldenkrais Trainer, David Zemach-Bersin to improve your comfort when turning.
Start Your Turning Lessons TodayLeft and right, left and right...
You turn your body hundreds - perhaps thousands- of times every day. All day long, as you live your life, go places, and interact with others, you are making big and small turning movements. In fact, every step you take involves turning!
When the movement of turning is easy for us, all of our activities are supported. But when turning becomes uncomfortable over time or after an injury, then all of our movements and activities are affected. Take a moment to turn. Was the movement easy? If the movement of turning feels stiff, uncomfortable, and restricted, this mini-workshop will help.
Enjoy two gentle Feldenkrais lessons to enhance the way your whole body turns. At the same time, you’ll be improving your coordination and joints. This is smart self-care: you'll feel more alive, more relaxed, and more mobile! Easy Turning is the second workshop in the Essential Action Toolkit.
Improve • Enhance • Restore
Use this program to:
• Turn freely and easily
• Increase ease of movement throughout your body
• Engage in daily activities with less effort
• Protect your neck, shoulders, and back

Who are Feldenkrais lessons for?
They are for everyone. No previous experience is required. Feldenkrais lessons are flexible and used by people of all ages and abilities, for a wide range of reasons. If you have a brain and a body, Feldenkrais lessons are meant for you.
Why are they called lessons?
They're called ‘lessons’ instead of ‘exercises’ because your brain engages in a natural kind of learning when you do them. They use gentle movement and relaxed attention to stimulate new and better options for your physical comfort, movement, and more.
Why does this approach work?
Your brain is on the lookout for information that can help you, and Feldenkrais lessons give your brain what it's looking for: sensory information, time to notice differences, and a chance to build new neural pathways for greater comfort and mobility.
