Eight Workshops in One Program!
Ankle Relief • Back Relief • Hand Relief • Hip Relief • Knee Relief • Mouth & Jaw Relief • Neck Relief • Shoulder Relief
We are delighted to announce that our First Aid Tool Kit series is now available for streaming on-demand or downloading.
This is a series of eight workshops designed for a specific therapeutic purpose. Each workshop focuses on a different part of the body and features two-three Feldenkrais lessons for self-care. These gentle lessons are designed to reduce pain, restore comfort, and put you on the path to recovery. They are highly accessible and also adaptable to sitting.
Feldenkrais lessons are uniquely personalized to fit your comfort. During each lesson, you will be guided verbally to do a series of comfortable movements while paying attention to your own experience. This combination of gentle movement and guided attention communicates useful information to your brain and nervous system and stimulates the development of new neurological pathways to improve your comfort and neuromuscular organization.
David Zemach-Bersin has been in private practice, working with a diverse clientele for almost fifty years. Consequently, he brings a wealth of practical experience to teaching these workshops. His lessons are highly accessible, effective, and remarkably suited to home use. David believes that every person’s nervous system is available for learning and improvement. And he is confident that the Feldenkrais Method can help!
